Workout of the Week
This one is called…Terrible Tabata!

Do you worry about eating food?
I know that’s a weird question but it’s one I had to ask myself this week.

How do you structure your week?
I get asked a lot how I structure mine, and fit in all my exercise, food prep and work.
I’m not going to lie – some weeks are easier than others.
I can’t speak for everyone. I can only explain what I do to schedule my weeks and give you tips on how to work out the best way to schedule yours.

Love it or Hate it – it’s a part of our life, and an essential part of any transformation journey.
Personally, I don’t like grocery shopping, but I like it a lot more than the chopping and cooking part.
I HATE that part!!
